- Experience waitlist: name and email address, to contact you when a new Salt & Marble experience date opens and to handle your request.
- Newsletter (“The Invitation”): email address, to send you new episodes, private experiences and Salt & Marble editions.
- Emails you send us: the information you choose to share, so we can reply.
- Technical data: the hosting server automatically logs data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type, to keep the website working and secure.
3. Legal basis
The waitlist and newsletter are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Replies to your emails are based on your request (Art. 6(1)(b)); technical data on our legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
Waitlist and newsletter data are kept until you withdraw consent, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Technical data are kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for security.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which also receives the data submitted through the forms. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and does not load content from third-party servers (fonts, scripts and images are hosted on the site itself). For this reason no cookie banner is required.
